Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Add your items to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and other secure options shown at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways — we never store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be changed or canceled. Email us as soon as possible if you need help.
Do you have a promo code?
Yes — use code epic26freeshipping at checkout for free standard shipping on eligible orders over $75.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International shoppers can browse and check out in their local currency (CAD, GBP, or AUD). Available destinations are shown at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. US standard delivery then takes about 3–5 business days. International estimates after processing: Canada 5–10 business days, United Kingdom 7–14 business days, Australia 8–18 business days. Faster carrier options are available at checkout where supported.
How much is shipping?
US standard shipping starts at $8.00, and US orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. International standard rates: Canada $14.99, United Kingdom $19.99, Australia $24.99 (shown in your local currency at checkout).
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees required by your country. When they are not collected at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active.
My package is late, lost, or damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with your order number, tracking number, and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and in resellable condition. Eligible US returns may qualify for a prepaid return label; a flat $6 USD restocking fee may be deducted for non-defective returns and is waived for defective, damaged or incorrect items. International customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Final-sale and other non-returnable items are excluded. Is there a restocking fee?
A flat $6 USD restocking fee may be deducted for non-defective US returns. This fee is waived for defective, damaged or incorrect items.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email info@epicplacess.com with your order number and request. We'll send return instructions (Eligible US returns may qualify for a prepaid label). Exchanges are subject to availability.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method (minus the $6 restocking fee, if applicable).

Will colors look exactly like the photos?
We work hard to show products accurately, but screens vary, so slight differences in color or detail are possible.
